Property Management Team
For those that are not aware, Kelly Barnhill has taken over the duties for Landmark Resources. We have enjoyed having her as part of The Spur's team.
Parking
The implementation of decals to assist with placards appears to have assisted in resolving some parking issues. Please note, if using a decal, you must adhere it to your windshield. Tampering with or altering decals and/or placards may result in fines up to $500 and the loss of use of the decals.
Walk Gate
A new walk gate was installed to help better secure The Spur. Please do not give out the code to the gate to anyone that is not a resident! As well, parking and vending will be prohibited along Berea Road from Bluff Road to the walk gate.
